A magnificently-deep-purple coloured soda glass vase, designed by Kaj Franck for Nuutajärvi Glassworks, circa 1965.

This hooped vessel was turned mould blown. Meaning, the piece was 'turned' whilst in the mould to remove any joint lines. Resultantly, the silhouette of this geometric vase is as crisp and refined as its colour.
